This course uses a digital learning environment to help
students understand the study of architectural styles and methods of
construction. Students will use technology to explore the basic foundational
concepts of architectural drawing and then apply those understandings to
creating working sets of plans for future projects. Discussions and practice
projects will deal include critical concepts like building codes, the roles of
the architect and builder, materials and methods, aesthetics, and budgets.
